How will you make a difference?
We are looking for someone to build relationships with executives in startups, industries, accelerators, incubators, innovation centers, investors, supermarkets and food service establishments. The professional will perform activities such as:
- Develop and implement innovative and effective strategies to support companies in their market expansion plans;
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify high-potential entrepreneurs and inspire them to work in the alternative protein sector;
- Support the creation of a community of industry professionals; manage consumer data and insights to be shared with the private sector;
- Develop and implement innovative and effective strategies to support companies in their expansion plans in the alternative proteins market;
- Prepare and deliver influential presentations to decision makers and connect them to promising alternative protein solutions;
- Assist companies' innovation and marketing teams, product developers and leadership in adopting the alternative protein market and investing in products and research;
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify high-potential entrepreneurs and inspire them to start industry businesses through event presentations, webinars, and one-on-one interaction;
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to create a community of Alternative Protein professionals (companies, startups, investors) to interact, exchange and learn together;
- Support startups in the Alternative Proteins sector with their growth plan, connect with investors, introduce suppliers, provide consumer insights and support their strategic decisions;
- Plan, execute or speak at events such as panel discussions and webinars to engage a broad audience of the business community interested in the Alternative Protein business;
- Manage consumer data and insights for the private sector;
- Perform other duties as assigned
What skills does the position require?
- Fluency in English, Spanish is desirable;
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Specialization in areas of innovation is desirable;
- Public speaking and presentation skills, excellent writing skills, persuasion and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to influence decision makers and engage corporate employees;
- Work ethic and ability to handle confidential projects;
- Self-motivation and ability to work with high levels of autonomy;
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
- We have a preference for candidates who already have experience in the food industry and/or innovation;
- Interest in public health, environmentalism, animal protection or fighting hunger.

- The position is full-time, CLT regime, remote work (home office). We have a healthy routine Working with respectful leadership and supportive colleagues.
