Removing barriers, driving investment
We actively promote the formulation and approval of public policies and regulatory frameworks that favor research, innovation and investment in alternative proteins.
Participation in multilateral forums
GFI Brazil is present at the main multilateral events that guide food policies, such as COPs.
We also maintain a close dialogue with key development and regulatory agents, such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the World Bank, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), Codex Alimentarius, among others.
Research and reports
We produce several resources to promote alternative proteins as a leading climate mitigation and adaptation solution.
Monitoring public policies
We provide in-depth analysis and recommendations for action on legislative and regulatory processes that may impact the alternative protein sector.
Conferences and workshops
We organize and participate in scientific events to disseminate knowledge, promote discussions, thus facilitating collaboration between academia, industry and regulators.
